About
When I discovered my love for graphic design, I also found “my people.” After college and a preliminary career, I came full circle to start yet again. Pursuing my degree in Graphic Design was a very personal decision and a challenging, but life-changing experience. Since 1998, I have immersed myself in different worlds of art and design. Each time I have felt like I belong, that we speak and understand a language, process, and way of being. Design is how I can be the truest version of myself.

For the past two years, I have taken on a project lead role at CalPERS. Previously a Design Strategist in the same division, this transition was not entirely new for me. It’s important to understand the larger picture -— the outcome goals, impacts, and opportunities. I have convened large project teams to educate and onboard team members to a shared vision for member publications and external forms. Together with senior leaders, I pursue opportunities to understand how our communications and deliverables can shape our story.
